Among the abundant activities of the Festival Spring 2018, on 23 February 2018, Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee held the Extended kayak racing award 2018 of Dak Nong province at the area of Central lake of Gia Nghia town.
Being presence at the racing location to watch and cheer the athletes on the race were the leaders of the province, departments, agencies, association, localities and the masses of local people.

Here, nearly 40 athletes of 10 delegations from provincial and municipal units including Da Nang, An Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri, Quang Nam, Hau Giang, Thai Binh, Dak Nong, competing at 3 contents, including men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, with the distances of 200 meters and 500 meters

+ Men's singles of 500 meters: the 1st prize went to the athlete Tang Dang Phap of Da Nang; 2nd prize to Nguyen Van Bac of Thanh Hoa; 3rd prize to Nguyen Huu Tai of Dong Thap.
+ Women's singles of 500 meters: 1st prize went to Ngo Thi Thanh Mai of Thai Binh; 2nd prize to Tran Thi Hang of Da Nang; 3rd prize to Lam Thi Ngoc Xuyen of Soc Trang.
+ Men's singles of 200 meters: 1st prize went to Vo Duy Thanh of Dak Nong; 2nd prize to Nguyen Van Tien of Dak Nong; 3rd prize to Nguyen Huu Tai of Dong Thap.
+ Women's singles of 200 meters: 1st prize went to Lam Thi Ngoc Xuyen of Soc Trang; 2nd prize to Tran Thi Man of Dak Nong; 3rd prize to Mai Thi Diem My of An Giang
+ Men's doubles of 500 meters: 1st prize went to Vo Duy Thanh and Nguyen Van Tien of Dak Nong; 2nd to Tang Van Phap and Tang Van Nhat of Da Nang; 3rd to Nguyen Van Bac and Nguyen Han Quoc of Thanh Hoa.
+ Men's double of 200 meters: 1st prize went to Ly Ngoc Quynh and Vo Thanh Loc of Soc Trang; 2nd prize to Nguyen Huu Tai and Nguyen Thanh Thai Nguyen of Dong Thap; 3rd prize to Nguyen Van Bac and Nguyen Han Quoc of Thanh Hoa.
