The meeting had dismissed Mr. Le Dien, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee from his duty as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee  (PPC) for period 2011-2016; supplemented Mr. Nguyen Bon, Deputy Secretary of the Provinical Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee standing Deputy Chairman as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.; dismissing Mr. Nguyen Duc Luyen from his duty as Deputy Chairman of the PPC; supplemented Mr. Tran Xuan Hai, member of standing committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Planing and investment department  and Mr Truong Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party committee of Cu Jut district as Deputy Chairman of the PPC; dismissing Mr Truong Van Hien from his duty as Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and dismiss Mrs. Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh from her duty as member of the Cultrural and social board of the Provincial People's Council, course II, period 2011-2016, supplemented Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoa, member of standing committee of the Provincial Party committee, Director of Finance department as Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Council delegations had agreed to ratify 22 resolutions. Apart from 6 periodical resolutions, the meeting had proceeded to pass 16 thematic resolutions, including: resolutions on the socio-economic development of 2016; resolutions on the plan for development investment capital of 2016; resolution on the plan for socio-economic development for the 5-year period 2016-2020; resolution on approving local State budget balance of 2014; resolutions on the estimate of State budget revenue and estimate of collecting and spending of the local budget and distributing provincial budget of 2016; Resolution stipulating structure for realizing the canals solidifying and rural traffic infrastructure program of period 2016-2020; resolution on assigning management and distributing development investment capital to district level of period 2016-2020; resolution on passing the working schedule of Dak Nong province of period 2016-2020; resolution on amending and supplementing some articles of the resolution no.37/2014/NQ-H ĐND dated December 18, 2014 oDak Nong Provincial People's Council on passing the price list for sorts of lands in the province of period 2015-2019 ...

There were some resolutions passed on the dissmissing and supplementing the duty of some people on the Provincial's Peoples's Council and Provincial's People's Committee, period 2011-2016.

Delivering the closing speech for the meeting, Mr. Dieu K're, alternative member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: the resolutions has been discussed and carefully considered by the delegations with the spirit of renovation and ensuring the compatibility with the local reality, resulting in the passing of 22 resolutions. The resolutions passed at the meeting demonstrated the responsibility, agreement and focused intelligence of all the Provincial People's Council delegations. To implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council as well as major objectives and  tasks of 2016, the PPC needs to carry out soon and build up the detailed plans and measures, assign the responsibility to departments, agencies, arrange enough source for the realization of the resolutions recently passed, then, proceed to work out the solutions of directing, settling the urgent matters raised by the constituents, departments, localities and delegations during the meeting. He also asked the delegations, members of standing committee and boards of the Provincial People's Council to intensify supervision and examination of the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's resolutions and policies, laws of the State at the localities to promptly discover difficulties, obstacles and suggest solutions to effectively realize the resolutions and policies issued by the State, contributing to raising the responsibilities for the constituents and people of the province.
